Description

This full kit adapts an IBC tank to a fuel nozzle for petrol, diesel, AdBlue and more, making it the ideal comprehensive fuelling solution for farms, workshops and construction sites. It includes a lightweight, ergonomically designed fuel gun nozzle with pull-trigger control for precise dispensing, stainless-steel hose clips for a secure, leak-proof connection, an S60×6 IBC tank adaptor for compatibility with intermediate bulk containers, and a 1″ SAE J30 R6 braided fuel hose for reliable, high-pressure fuel transfer.

The 1″ SAE J30 R6 braided hose is constructed from oil-resistant synthetic rubber with an external textile braid, offering excellent flexibility, kink resistance and an operating range from −40 °C to +100 °C. This hose meets automotive and industrial fuel-line specifications, ensuring safe handling of petrol, diesel and AdBlue without degradation.

The fuel gun nozzle, moulded from durable plastic, features a 1″ barb inlet to prevent slippage and leaks. Its pull-trigger mechanism delivers smooth, accurate flow control, reducing wastage and ensuring consistent refuelling of machinery, vehicles or plant equipment.

The IBC tank adaptor, moulded from chemical- and UV-resistant plastic, fits any S60×6-threaded IBC outlet and provides a 1″ barbed hosetail for direct hose attachment. Together, these components guarantee a leak-proof seal and dependable fluid transfer in demanding industrial and agricultural environments.
